Instruments are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and material in accordance with the time frames in Table 1 from the date of purchase. We will arrange repair or replace, at our option, any unit which becomes defective within that period except when such defect results from obvious abuse or improper use.

All instruments serviced and repaired will carry a further ninety (90) day workmanship guarantee. When a defective part is replaced under warranty the new part will be guaranteed for the duration of the original warranty or a period of ninety (90) days whichever is greater.

The following conditions apply:

  1. All Clear Solutions Pty Ltd reserves the right to determine whether failure is or is not covered by warranty.

  2. All Clear Solutions Pty Ltd will not honour any obligations expressed or implied except as stated above.

  3. All Clear Solutions is not liable for any inconvenience, loss of use, or consequential damages resulting from use of instruments.

  4. All Clear Solutions Pty Ltd will not warrant instruments service by any unauthorized agencies or unauthorized modifications by the user.

  5. Instruments will need to be returned to All Clear Solutions Pty Ltd for warranty inspection and the purchaser is responsible for the cost and delivery of the instruments to All Clear Solutions.

  6. (Wall Mounts only) Contents of gas bottles for automatic calibration are guaranteed to provide a minimum of 12 months operation under normal operating conditions.

  7. Third Party products supplied by All Clear Solutions outside of the Table 1 instruments are covered by the Third Party manufacturer’s warranty.

  8. Druglizer Cartridge products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials within the expiry date periods disclosed on the packaging on the basis that storage and handling of the cartridges have been within recommendations.
